1 Product Description

Online Sun-EⓉ energy-saving coated glass, referred to as online Sun-EⓉ. It is an energy-saving series of products that combines sun-shading and low-radiation functions, developed according to the unusually complex environmental characteristics of China's climate zone. It provides low radiation heat insulation while controlling solar radiation heat entering the room, and has a low shading coefficient, meeting the dual needs of "energy saving" and "decoration" of buildings. The stable oxide structure and high-temperature coating properties make online Sun-EⓉ glass chemically stable and free from oxidation problems; it is strong and durable, and can be heat bent, tempered, and stored in a single piece. The excellent physical and chemical properties make the energy-saving effect of buildings remain stable for a long time, and when sealed into hollow or vacuum glass, the film layer will not deteriorate and the energy-saving function will not fail even if the adhesive ages and cracks and loses its sealing property, so it is called "hard coated" glass.

The product color series include crystal gray, crystal blue, crystal yellow, crystal green, crystal purple, etc. Users can choose different colors and performance of online Sun-EⓉ glass according to the requirements of regional environmental characteristics.

2 Product deep processing

2. 1 Transportation and storage

2. 1.1 In the process of transportation and storage, the packaging and the interior of the products must be waterproof; ensure the temperature inside and outside the glass packaging is the same and prevent condensation.

2. 1.2 The environment and place for storing the products should be dry and ventilated to prevent rain and running water, etc.; they should not be exposed to sunlight to prevent the glass from being damaged by heat.

2. 1.3 When using lifting equipment to carry, effective measures must be taken to prevent damage to the edge of the glass.

2. 1.4 Glass products must be protected from violent or continuous impact.

2. 2 Handling

2.2.1 In order to maintain the cleanliness of the coated surface, clean cotton-type labor protection gloves should be worn when handling single pieces. 2.2.2 When handling with suction cups, the suction cups should be wrapped with cotton-type cloth to avoid the contact of adhesive substances with the film surface. If the suction cups are not wrapped with cotton, they should be adsorbed on the non-coated surface. Try to avoid oil stains and other debris attached to the coating surface, and do not use hard metal objects to contact the glass film surface.

2.2.3 Lifting and loading and unloading (handling) process of the glass box to apply force evenly and smoothly, pay attention to light handling and light placement to prevent the glass shock crack.

2.3. Cutting.

2.3.1 The cutting table should be kept clean when cutting, and the coating surface should be placed facing upward to prevent the film surface from being scratched by broken glass chips.

2.3.2 A rapidly evaporating cutting oil should be used and cleaned promptly after cutting.

2.4 Film surface identification

2.4.1 Touch method: touch the glass surface gently with fingers, the smoother one is the glass surface, the one with astringent feeling is the coated surface.

2.4.2 Resistance method: test the glass surface with an ordinary multimeter, the side with infinite resistance is the glass surface, and the one with small resistance is the coated surface.

2.4.3 Conductive film pen test: configure a special test pen for conductive film for users to test the online Sun-EⓉ glass film surface. Put the two probes at the end of the pen in light contact with the glass surface at the same time, and if the indicator light is glowing, the surface is coated; if it is not glowing, the surface is uncoated.

2.5 Tempering

2.5.1 Online Sun-EⓉ is "hard coated" glass and can be toughened.

2.5.2 Because of its low radiation properties, its thermal processing parameters are different from those of ordinary float glass.

2.5.4 Special matters The normal furnace requires special fine adjustment of the tempering process parameters to achieve rapid temperature rise as much as possible; to quickly bring the glass to thermal equilibrium and reduce its residence time in the thermal environment. As the glass temperature rises during tempering, the film surface should not be in direct contact with the roll surface as much as possible to avoid accidental damage to the film layer.

2.5.5 Curved Tempering "Hard coated" glass can be bent and tempered. When bending and tempering, the temperature is high and the film surface is facing upward to avoid accidental damage to the film layer. The heat treatment time should be slightly longer than that of ordinary colorless glass.

3. Product Application

3.1 Monolithic

Online Sun-EⓉ glass is "hard coated" with oxide film structure and can be used as a single piece.

3.2 Hollow

Online Sun-EⓉ glass is used in combination with insulating glass for better energy efficiency. The film surface is located on 2# side, which can be combined with online Low-E and offline Low-E glass, making a perfect combination of colorful decorative effect and heat insulation and heat preservation function, demonstrating the diversity of glass translucent lighting, colorful and energy-saving, and also keeping comfortable temperature in the room.

When online Sun-EⓉ glass combination is hollow, there is no need to remove the edge film layer.

3.3 Laminated

When making laminated glass with online Sun-EⓉ glass, the non-film surface should be made to contact with the film to combine, and it is recommended that the film surface is located on the 4# surface when using single lamination, and the film surface is recommended to be located inside the insulating glass when combining insulating hollow.
