Product Manual of Online Solar Control Coated Glass
1 Product introduction
On line sunlight control coated glass is coated by chemical vapor deposition (CVD), which introduces silicon based coating materials into the surface of high-temperature glass in the form of gas for pyrolysis to form a layer of silicon film. The product has good control effect on sunlight and excellent sunshade function. Its high-temperature film forming process gives the product stable physical and chemical properties, which can be widely used in various building curtain walls, doors and windows, etc

2. Deep processing of products
2.1 Transportation and storage
2.1.1 During transportation and storage, the packaging and interior of the product must be waterproof; The temperature inside and outside the glass package shall be consistent to prevent condensation.
2. 1.2 The environment and place where products are stored shall be dry and ventilated to prevent rain and running water; It shall not be exposed to the sun to prevent the glass from being damaged by heat.
2. 1.3 Effective measures must be taken to prevent the glass edge from being damaged when handling with lifting equipment.
2.1.4 The glass products must be protected against violent or continuous impact.
2.2 Handling
2.2.1 In order to keep the coating surface clean, clean cotton labor protection gloves shall be worn when handling single pieces. 2.2.2 When the sucker is used for transportation, the sucker shall be wrapped with cotton cloth to avoid the glue substances contacting the film surface. If the suction cup has no cotton like cloth package, it should be adsorbed on the non coated surface. Try to avoid oil stains and other sundries adhering to the coating surface, and do not use hard metal objects to contact the glass film surface.
2.2.3 In the process of lifting, loading and unloading (handling), the force on the glass box shall be uniform and stable, and it shall be handled gently to prevent the glass from cracking.
2.3. Cutting:
2.3.1 The cutting table shall be kept clean during cutting, and the coating surface shall be placed upward to prevent the film surface from being scratched by broken glass chips.
2.3.2 The rapidly volatile cutting oil shall be used and cleaned in time after cutting.
2.4 Tempering
2.4.1 On line Sun-R is "hard coated" glass, which can be tempered.
2.4.2 Reference parameters of tempering process
Table 1 Tempering Parameters of Online Sun-R Ordinary Radiant Furnace
Type Upper temperature ℃ Lower temperature ℃ Heating time S
5mm online Sun-R 700 710 130 ~ 140
6mm online Sun-R 700 710 140 ~ 160
Table 2 Tempering parameters of online Sun-R convection radiation furnace
Type Upper temperature ℃ Lower temperature ℃ Heating time S
5mm online Sun-R 695 695 130 ~ 140
6mm online Sun-R 695 695 140 ~ 160
2.4.3 Special matters
2.4.3.1 The ordinary furnace needs to adjust the tempering process parameters carefully to achieve rapid temperature rise as far as possible; Quickly make the glass reach the thermal balance and reduce its residence time in the thermal environment.
2.4.3.2 As the glass temperature rises during tempering, the film surface shall not contact the roller surface directly to avoid accidental damage to the film.
2.4.4 Bending and tempering
2.4.4.1 "Hard coated" glass, bendable and tempered.
2.4.4.2 During bending and tempering, the temperature is high and the film surface is upward to avoid accidental damage to the film.
2.4.4.3 The heat treatment time is basically the same as that of ordinary colorless glass.
3 Precautions
3.1 Warm reminder: When using online Sun-R glass products, you must use them reasonably according to the architectural design and installation requirements, so as to ensure and give full play to the maximum efficiency of the products.
3.2 Friendly Tips.
3.2.1 During use, please check the visible light transmittance data marked on the identification and certificate. Different series of products are not used in the same project to avoid chromatic aberration.
3.2.2 When unpacking and using, please check whether the real object is consistent with the grade and series marked on the identification and certificate of conformity. If there is any product discrepancy, please contact our company in time.
4. Several conditions that may cause the glass to peel off
4.1 Corrosion of concentrated acid and alkali solution on its surface.
4.2 Inappropriate adjustment of the deep processing process system (such as excessive temperature) is easy to form film stripping.
4.3 The deep processing equipment has defects (such as unqualified brushes, incomplete drying, etc.), which are easy to cause film stripping after deep processing.
4.4 The front of the membrane is not clean, and there are water stains, fingerprints and other attachments, which will cause corrosion of the membrane surface after high temperature, forming a peeling off.
4.5 The film surface is squeezed by external force (such as the clamping effect of roller table during edge grinding), and the film is peeled after deep processing.
4.6 No protection or improper protection between film surfaces, resulting in direct contact between film surfaces, resulting in film detachment under external forces (such as transport turbulence).
4.7 Other products that do not follow the instructions or operate in an irregular manner are easy to form the film falling off.
5. Several situations that may cause color difference of curtain wall
5.1 The installation is unreasonable. During installation, the frame overlaps with the glass greatly or the glass is directly stuck to the frame without adding padding strips, so that the edges and middle parts form a "color difference".
5.2 The use of glue is unreasonable. If the glue is not used according to the design requirements and the substitute glue is used without the permission of the design department, it is likely to cause the glue to react with the glass film, causing the color of local film to change and causing "color difference".
5.3 The "color difference" can also be caused by the inconsistent color of the curtain wall lining or the inconsistent color of the wall and the window.
5.4 If the curtain wall is not on the same plane and the light reflection angle is different, "color difference" can also be formed.
5.5 "Color difference" can also be caused by inconsistent color of curtain wall mapping objects.
6. Several situations that may cause individual self explosion of curtain wall glass
6.1 During glass tempering and hot bending, if the temperature field distribution in the furnace is unreasonable or the operation is not strictly in accordance with the temperature rise and fall curve, the glass will have residual thermal stress after hot processing, which is a permanent stress. When the external conditions change (temperature, local stress, etc.), it is easy to cause self explosion.
6.2 During installation, the gap between glass and aluminum alloy frame is not reasonable enough. When the glass expansion size is larger than the gap between glass and aluminum alloy frame, the glass will be squeezed, resulting in temperature stress and mechanical stress. When the stress generated by this stress and other stress combination exceeds the strength of the glass, self explosion may occur.
6.3 When the temperature of large-area glass changes, if the edge material of the embedded glass is dark, it will absorb more heat, and there is a temperature difference between the central part and the edge part, which will cause the glass to produce temperature stress. When this stress is combined with other stresses too large, the curtain wall glass will be broken.
6.4 The perpendicularity and straightness of the horizontal and vertical members of the aluminum alloy frame are not matched reasonably with the flatness of the glass itself, which is also prone to breakage.
6.5 The cutting quality of glass is poor. There are many sawtooth edges and microcracks of different sizes at the blade, causing uneven distribution of edge stress. Due to the influence of various forces, the glass is prone to stress concentration and crack propagation during transportation, installation or after installation, resulting in glass breakage.
