The comprehensive utilization of desulfurization and dust removal waste project adopts the domestic advanced semi-dry desulfurization and dust removal technology, and the solid waste formed is mainly mannite (Na2SO4) accounting for 90%. This desulfurization solid product can be fully utilized to glass production for recycling. The comprehensive use of solid waste generated by desulfurization and dust removal is beneficial to environmental protection and saves the raw material cost of glass production, which has obvious socio-economic benefits.
After the implementation of the project, the annual comprehensive utilization of mannite is 5200 tons, the annual emission reduction of sulfur dioxide is 1715.6 tons, and the annual emission reduction of soot is 884.1 tons, which will greatly improve the air quality of the environment around the plant and improve the quality of life of the surrounding people, and the social benefits are very significant.
