1 Product introduction
High-transmission glass is a high-quality float glass with visible light transmission ratio ≥ 91%, visible light absorption ratio ≤ 1%, special anti-UV factor, and finely controlled composition of glass materials and production process.
The product portfolio of High Transmittance Glass is a must for building energy saving in cold and cold regions. High-transmission glass allows more visible light to stay in the room, leaving it for lighting, shortening the electric lighting time and saving electricity, which is an important energy-saving indicator; the high total solar infrared heat transmission ratio of high-transmission glass, which absorbs less solar heat, means more solar radiant heat enters the room and can make the room temperature rise, which can reduce the heating load and save energy and money when applied in severe cold and cold regions with long winters.
Due to the special anti-UV factor, high transmission glass can reduce more than 50% of UV rays into the room, solving the problem of ultra-white glass not blocking UV rays.
Thanks to the special production process, the content of heterogeneous phase impurity particles such as nickel sulfide and monomeric silicon is low, and the self-explosion rate of high-permeability tempered glass is less than 2/10,000 (the self-explosion rate of ordinary tempered glass is higher than 3/10,000), which can be used in large-area glass curtain walls to enhance the safety of curtain walls and reduce the maintenance cost of buildings.

2 Product deep processing
2. 1 Transportation and storage
2. 1.1 In the process of transportation and storage, the packaging and the interior of the products must be waterproof; ensure the temperature inside and outside the glass packaging is the same, and prevent condensation.
2. 1.2 The environment and place for storing the products should be dry and ventilated to prevent rain and running water, etc.; the products should not be exposed to sunlight to prevent the glass from being damaged by heat.
2. 1.3 When using lifting equipment to carry, effective measures must be taken to prevent damage to the edge of the glass.
2. 1.4 Glass products must be protected from violent or continuous impact.
2. 2 Handling
2.2.1 The force applied to the glass box during lifting and loading/unloading (handling) should be even and smooth, and attention should be paid to light lifting and placing to prevent the glass from cracking.
2.3 Tempering
2.3.1 High-transmission glass is different from ordinary float glass in terms of thermal processing parameters because of its extremely low absorption of visible light and near-infrared heat.

2.4. Curved tempering
2.4.1 The heat treatment temperature should be slightly higher than that of ordinary float glass.
2.4.2 The heat treatment time should be slightly longer than that of ordinary float glass.
3. Cautions
3.1 When unpacking, please check whether the actual product matches with the grade, series and batch marked on the label and certificate of conformity.
3.2 If you encounter any technical problems that cannot be solved by yourself during the thermal processing of high permeability glass, please contact us in time, and we will provide relevant technical guidance and on-site service if necessary.
3.3 In case of quality compensation due to the product's own quality, our company's reasonable compensation to the customer is limited to the product itself, and is limited to replacing the product with the same delivery condition as the original delivered product or refunding the amount of the product payment equal to the responsible result.
