1 Product Description
Online Sun-R energy-saving coated glass, referred to as online Sun-R, is a floating in-line metal organic chemical vapor deposition (MOCVD) coating process that continuously deposits a metal oxide film on the surface of high-temperature, clean, continuously moving float glass, which is fused with the glass as it cools. The film layer absorbs very little visible light, so it has a crystal-clear crystal texture. Plated on soft-colored float glass, it reflects the purity and translucency of the glass color. The product has a dense film structure, smooth feel, excellent chemical stability, very easy to hot process, and is a new type of sunlight control coated glass, which is ideal for high-grade architectural glass.

2 Product deep processing
2. 1 Transportation and storage
2. 1.1 In the process of transportation and storage, the packaging and the interior of the products must be waterproof; ensure the temperature inside and outside the glass packaging is the same and prevent condensation.
2. 1.2 The environment and place for storing the products should be dry and ventilated to prevent rain and running water, etc.; the products should not be exposed to sunlight to prevent the glass from being damaged by heat.
2. 1.3 When using lifting equipment to carry, effective measures must be taken to prevent damage to the edge of the glass.
2. 1.4 Glass products must be protected from violent or continuous impact.
2. 2 Handling
2.2.1 In order to maintain the cleanliness of the coated surface, clean cotton-type labor protection gloves should be worn when handling single pieces. 2.2.2 When handling with suction cups, the suction cups should be wrapped with cotton-type cloth to avoid the contact of adhesive substances with the film surface. If the suction cups are not wrapped with cotton, they should be adsorbed on the non-coated surface. Try to avoid oil stains and other debris attached to the coating surface, and do not use hard metal objects to contact the glass film surface.
2.2.3 Lifting and loading and unloading (handling) process of the glass box to apply force evenly and smoothly, pay attention to light handling and light placement to prevent the glass shock crack.
2.3. Cutting.
2.3.1 The cutting table should be kept clean when cutting, and the coating surface should be placed facing upward to prevent the film surface from being scratched by broken glass chips.
2.3.2 A rapidly evaporating cutting oil should be used and cleaned in time after cutting.
2.4 Tempering
2.4.1 Online Sun-R is "hard coated" glass and can be toughened.

2.4.3 Special matters
2.4.3.1 The ordinary furnace needs special fine adjustment of tempering process parameters to achieve rapid temperature rise as much as possible; quickly make the glass reach thermal equilibrium and reduce its residence time in the hot environment.
2.4.3.2 As the glass temperature rises during tempering, the film surface should not be in direct contact with the roll surface as much as possible to avoid accidental damage to the film layer.
2.4.4 Bending Tempering
2.4.4.1 "Hard coated" glass can be bent and tempered.
2.4.4.2 When bending tempering, the temperature is higher and the film surface is facing upward to avoid accidental damage to the film layer.
2.4.4.3 The heat treatment time is basically the same as that of ordinary colorless glass.
3 Caution
3.1 Warmly remind that when using online online Sun-R glass products, you must use them reasonably according to the architectural design and installation requirements, so as to ensure and bring out the maximum effectiveness of the products.
3.2 Friendly reminder.
3.2.1 During use, please check the visible light transmission ratio data marked on the logo and certificate of conformity, and do not use the products of different series on the same project to avoid color difference.
3.2.2 When unpacking and using, please check whether the actual product matches with the grade and series marked on the logo and certificate of conformity.
4 Several conditions that may cause the glass to release the film
4.1 The erosion of the surface by concentrated acid and alkali liquid.
4.2 Improper adjustment of the deep processing process system (such as temperature is too high, etc.) is likely to form the decalcification.
4.3 Defects in deep processing equipment (such as unqualified brushes, incomplete drying, etc.), which may cause film removal after deep processing.
4.4 The film surface is not clean before treatment, there are water stains, handprints and other adhesions, which cause corrosion of the film surface after high temperature, forming a stripped film.
4.5 The film surface is extruded by external force (such as the roller clamping effect when grinding), which will cause the film to come off after deep processing.
4.6 The membrane surface is not protected or improperly protected, resulting in direct contact with the membrane surface, and is subject to external forces (such as transportation bumps) to form a stripped membrane.
4.7 Other not according to the instructions or operation is not standardized, easy to form the film off.
